A pastor from Ottawa, Ontario, visiting the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, 2929 N. Mayfair Rd., reported that between 9:55 and 11:20 a.m. someone broke into his rental car in the parking lot and stole a travel bag and its contents, including a GPS unit and an Apple laptop computer.
