After over 18 years at the same office location, WLIM moved on October 17,
2011 to office space
6 blocks south of the former location next to the WELS headquarters
building. The new location is conveniently located across from the Mayfair
Shopping Center at 2323 N Mayfair Rd #480, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. WLIM is
subleasing space not needed for its ministry operations from WELS Kingdom
Workers.

The Mayfair Road buildings contain approximately 70,000 square feet of
space, yet the synod’s requirements are closer to 30,000 square feet. The
synod’s efforts to lease the excess space have been unsuccessful. Should the
Pewaukee location sell first, we are also considering the sale of the 2929
building and consolidation of operations in 2949 rather than relocating to a
different property....The incremental cost of owning the Pewaukee property is
approximately $60,000 per year. The incremental cost is primarily for
utilities.
