This Luther sermon is a delight and comfort to the laity, but a burning-scalding-horrific message to the clergy of the Faithless Five - ELCA-LCMS-WELS-ELS-CLC (sic). The clergy shout in anger about their beloved human reason. What will they do without their clever sociological studies, graphs, and church merch?
Their unity in blasphemy gives them away. ELCA is notably Unitarian-Universalist, having driven away anyone who questions the latest buzz on social-gender-feminist goals. The Faithless Walther Four are not much different, because they love to work with ELCA, coveting ELCA's shrinking size and budgets.
Long ago I caught WELS working with the ELCA executives on their joint worship efforts. WELS denied it, so I phoned the head of ELCA's Joy Radio project. He was not at work, so the secretary had me phone him about WELS' denial. He was getting over a cold and was shocked about WELS' denials, "You believe me, don't you?" ELCA was bragging to their own - about the ELCA-LCMS-WELS cooperation in worship - first time ever for all three!
So they supposedly dropped all this, but they also repeated with their gigantic, enormous insurance-funded Church Growth project and Snowbird (Chiefs confer, Bohlmann, Mischke, Chilstrom).
The Faithless Five continue to insist that they are superior to the others when it is only a matter of one toxic flavor compared to the rest.
What do they have in common - these ever-changing chameleons?
- Inerrancy? No - all five hate the KJV and sell the ESV-NIV-RSV for profit.
- Justification by Faith? No - they protect Objective Faithless Justification.
- Robbing the elderly of their estates? - YES! They work with Thrivent to make ordinary dolts into Irrevocable Charitable Annuity Trust salesmen.
