Beyond the Imagination. Plant It and They Will Come to the Creation Garden. Butterflies, Birds, Hummingbirds, Bees.

Ranger Bob got a large envelope today. We won an appeal on a tax matter. I served as his helper and managed an appeal for him. He was a big winner, and we celebrated with Mokka coffee: Bob, Mrs. Ichabod, Sassy, and I.

We all sat and watched from the front porch, so comfortable in the shade. The hummingbird feeder was one day old and attracting two different birds at the same time.

Sassy joined us for treats and crackers.

The hummingbirds love the feeder, but they spend most of their time flitting around the:

  1. Mountain Mint
  2. Joe Pye Weed
  3. Daisies
  4. Bee Balm
  5. Borage
  6. Clethra (cinnabon tree)
  7. Cat Mint.

Hummingbirds love the sweetened water, but they need tiny insects and spiders for food that sticks to their tiny ribs. The absence of toxins allows all the creatures to flourish, feed, and be fed upon.

Soon after I learned that dragonflies also like Joe Pye, one (order odonata) flew by, shimmering in the sunlight.

Everyone likes to see the pollinators working over the blossoms. The mailman may not appreciate the bumble bee swaying Bee Balms near our mailbox, but he has not been stung.

Another Vista
I had to check the Butterfly Garden, once a scene of disappointment and disaster. The long-term plants needed time to grow and become strong. Now the BG has very healthy Joe Pye, a giant Comfrey, several blooming Yarrows, and my only surviving Hidden Lily.

On top of the Yarrow was a swallowtail butterfly, calmly resting a few inches from my face. I was expecting a need for some watering since the promised deluge for the week never arrived.

The beneficial insects and bees were flying and buzzing around. I wish people would realize they can stand next to the plants and view God's creatures impossibly close.

Katy Perry's Likely Defense - "If Tim Glende and Ski Can Do It in WELS,
I Can Do the Same in My Career"

"LOS ANGELES (AP) — A jury on Monday found that Katy Perry’s 2013 hit “Dark Horse” improperly copied a 2009 Christian rap song in a unanimous decision that represented a rare takedown of a pop superstar and her elite producer by a relatively unknown artist.
The verdict by a nine-member federal jury in a Los Angeles courtroom came five years after Marcus Gray and two co-authors, first sued in 2014 alleging “Dark Horse” stole from “Joyful Noise,” a song Gray released under the stage name Flame.
Full Coverage: Entertainment
The case now goes to a penalty phase, where the jury will decide how much Perry and other defendants owe for copyright infringement.
Questions from the jury during their two full days of deliberations had suggested that they might find only some of the defendants liable for copyright infringement. The case focused on the notes and beats of the song, not its lyrics or recording, and the questions suggested that Perry might be off the hook.
But in a decision that left many in the courtroom surprised, jurors found all six songwriters and all four corporations that released and distributed the songs were liable, including Perry and Sarah Hudson, who wrote only the song’s words, and Juicy J, who only wrote the rap he provided for the song. Perry was not present when the verdict was read.
Other defendants found liable were Capitol Records as well as Perry’s producers: Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Cirkut, who came up with the song’s beat."

Time of Grace graduates are lacking in grace, lackeys of Fuller Seminary.

GJ - WELS encourages its poorly-trained seminarians to plagiarize. Therefore, many have been caught plagiarizing Church Growth sermonettes word-for-word.

Glende and Ski excommunicated a lawyer for speaking directly to them about the plagiarism. The DP supported Glende and Ski.

Later, the same dynamic ambiguous-about-doctrine duo took a WELS member to court for telling the truth.

Objective Justification training works well in the Wisconsin Sect - do not doubt it.

LutherQuislings Unleash Their Latest Weapon - The Wrong Biblical Citation

"This will be our devastating weapon, the Muler."

LQ's Nadler:
Curiously, today on the latest Ichabod post Dr. Jackson singles out 1 Tim. 5:16 (sic) "justified in the Spirit" as NOT teaching Objective Justification; however, it is this passage that one of his heroes, Dr. Walter A. Maier, II, adduces as the passage of Scripture that teaches Objective Justification.

"And furthermore, as I was saying..."

GJ - I do not know what their Nadler is jabbering about. He exudes supreme confidence combined with intellectual buffoonery. I suspect too much coffee or other mood enhancers. His Biblical citation is wrong, so little does he know about his own doctrinal errors. 1 Timothy 3:16 is the passage on which the Pietists hang their hates (yes, hates) - Rambach, Webber, etc.  What he imagines WAM II teaches is irrelevant - the ruling norm is the Scriptures, not his grab-bag of authorities.

If someone wants to claim knowing the position of another, he needs to cite sources for  that, too. Having access to a keyboard does not grant automatic credibility.

I have been publishing on this topic since Y2K, but I have never seen the LutherQueasies raging and foaming at the mouth like this. I blame myself for focusing on the key Scriptures about Justification.

They keep trying to quash the Chief Article by dancing around the issues, hoping their ignorance will dazzle their tiny audience of relatives and therapists. Concentrating on Genesis 15:6 and Romans 4 will be their undoing, so they keep racing around with little posts on their little blog for their little friends.

When I mention that their Synagogue for Satan is full of straw man fallacies, they respond with another fallacy - tu quoque. I realize it is their therapy, not a response. I should stop agitating them, which only makes their hides bristle, James 2:19.
