Byzantium became known as Constantinople and finally Istanbul (simply The City).

Constantine was crowned Emperor while in England, 306 AD, and he moved his throne to Byzantium, where he became increasingly involved in Christianity as a leader.

Constantine led the Council of Nicea, which is known as the Nicene Creed, 325 AD.

The Apostles Creed, is older and shorter than the Nicene Creed.

The Athanasian Creed is the oldest and longest of the three Creeds, with various opinions on the origin and age.

The Smalcald Articles are in the Book of Concord.

Luther hoped for a genuine Christian conference with a fair debate. That did not happen.

The Smalcald Articles were approved by all the important Evangelical (Lutheran) leaders.

Enthusiasm means replacing the truth of the Word of God with man's factions.

1. The first example is Adam and Eve, who listened to Satan and abandoned the Word.

2. The Enthusiasts do not teach the Scriptures.

3. The Papacy and Islam are Enthusiasts.

4. The Spirit without the Word of God is Enthusiasm.

5. The prophets spoke through the Holy Spirit.

6. The apostles also spoke through the Spirit in teaching the Word.

You must answer my question!!! Does objective justification teach that God has already justified the whole world without faith in Christ?  The answer is obvious, but you refuse to answer it because you are a deceptive and dishonest pastor.

You teach God has already justified the whole world without and prior to faith. In contrast I teach and hold to justification by faith in Christ as taught by Luther, Chemnitz, and Christ Himself. This is why you eagerly rush to mercilessly condemn me to hell as a non Christian.  You seek to destroy my faith in Christ and my baptism in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I am baptized and clothed in the righteousness of Christ in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I am Christian because God has clothed me in the righteousness of Christ in my baptism in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. In contrast you teach the whole world is in Christ and clothed in the righteousness of Christ without faith and without baptism. I am in Christ and clothed in the righteousness of Christ by my baptism in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I hold to this passage.  In contrast you teach the whole world is already in Christ and clothed in the righteousness of Christ without faith in Christ and without baptism into Christ. You teach against faith in Christ and against baptism into Christ. You teach another gospel not found in the Word of God.  You have fallen from grace. You are completely unworthy of being a pastor.

"I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not another ; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As I said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." Gal 1:6-9

Pastor, you clearly teach another gospel not found in the Word of God. God's Word teaches justification by faith in Christ. In contrast you teach that God has already justified the whole world without faith in Christ. The Word of God teaches we are in Christ and clothed in the righteousness of Christ in our baptism into Christ. In contrast you preach the whole world is already in Christ and already clothed in the righteousness of Christ without faith in Christ and without Baptism into Christ. 

Pastor, you are completely defeated. Your precious objective justification without faith in Christ lies in a faithless heap. It is time for you to admit your defeat and cease your hostilities against justification by faith in Christ, and against baptism into Christ. Repent. Stop condemning true Christians who hold to justification by faith and who cling to their baptism into Christ in the name of God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

A Definition from a Book of Concord Illiterate, Posted on an Inept Discussion Blog. They Have Yet To Find Luther on Their Confused Quest, But They Have Pleased Their Father Below.

The Chief Article in the entire Christian doctrine is Justification by Faith, as taught by Luther, Melanchthon, and Martin Chemnitz. Both Martins earned their doctorates and Melanchthon deserved one, but he was judged too young looking.  Walther earned a bachelor's degree only but demanded that everyone obey his Pietistic notions and insights from Martin Stephan, STD.

Calling those who agree with "the entire Christian doctrine" are called "deniers" by Joe Krohn. That means the Apostle Paul was a "denier."

Note that the ludicrous faith-denying F. Pieper gang cut out Romans 4:24 in the sanctified Brief Statement 1932 - so they could chant, as Rolf Preus always did - "raised again for our justification, raised again for our justification." Apparently he used Wite-Out in his studies. 

This works wonders for Romans 4:24. Ask Rolf!

The cover of Matt Harrison's ghosted campaign book needed some editing, so I helped to make it a bit more honest. Stephan, a Pietist, gave his STD to young women, which Walther worked into a riot to depose the bishop and steal his land, money, books, and personal items. Forcing Stephan across the river was a felony, kidnapping, and so were the thefts. Walther's circle was comprised of Pietists who followed Stephan and kept the secrets.

WELS, ELS, and LCMS claim to have a quia subscription to the Book of Concord, but their allegiance really belongs to Understanding Church Growth. They mourn Peter Drucker!

The professors ridiculed the Apostolic KJV into the archives, using ridicule, while selling the Bad Bibles for their own profit - RSV, NRSV, NIV, ESV, Beck. 

Those who teach and confess the Book of Concord, using the KJV, are shunned, excommunicated, or - sob - forced to study the works of Waldo Vermin and Peter Drucker.

A few would rather have the truth of the Scriptures instead of cushy jobs, a fat retirement, and a building named after them.

The Reformation began with little more than the Apostles, but they also knew the power of God's Word.

Even the Great Commission is poisoned by their crypto-Unitarian slogans. Jesus commissioned the disciples to teach all nations through the Means of Grace, not recruit members for the Praise Band.

I found an author who is studied even less than Luther - Philip Melanchthon. The rabid Objective Faithless Justification dolts hate Melanchthon even more than they hate Luther. The major authors of the German Reformation are Luther, Melanchthon and the genius who studied under both men - Martin Chemnitz. 

WELS and LCMS Boast Their Fidelity to the Scriptures and the Book of Concord, But Their Leaders, Pastors, and So-Called Scholars Repudiate the Word of God and the Confessions.

This snip-n-clip version of the Bible came from WELS and proves to be exactly what Missouri and WELS have been practicing for many decades.

Missouri and WELS promoted the NIV first, and then the newer, even worser NIV. Were they touchy about the National Council of Churches RSV? 

No, they also like the ESV, which is almost the same. Luther emphasized the Traditional Text while the Evil Four plus Beck Bibles adopted the ludicrous Sinaiticus and the fraudulent Vaticanus texts. Apparently, Missouri and WELS love removing and distorting verses when they can erase faith and divinity of Christ passages. 

Why did Missouri need to publish the Kolb-Wengert Book of Concord? Is there concord (harmony) with ELCA and the LCMS?

Missouri and WELS began with Justification by Faith, no matter what they claim today. The Walther leaven, inherited from the syphilitic bishop Martin Stephan, worked its way slowly through the system. Walther never let go of it, and F. Pieper institutionalized it. 

WELS and the Missouri Synod have no claim on the Scriptures or the Book of Concord. No one said it better than the David P. Scaer, the David P. Scaer Professor of Hogwash at Concordia Seminary, Ft. Wayne.

R U Indifferent about Adiaphora?

One layman asked me to write about the issue of adiaphora - matters of indifference in Latin. The term is abused in today's Lutherdom, because education is so poor and continued study is lacking, except for phony degrees from Fuller Seminary. The master's degree after a divinity degree was once called - Latin word order - STM - a master of sacred (Christian) theology. Fuller should have retained the practical Doctor of Sacred Theology - STD. Then no one would attach the initials to the name. That is far more sensible than Doctor of Ministry, though D.Min. sounds pleasingly like Demon. Fuller has produced many demons. 

I would pay money to hear the Church Growth experts in WELS, LCMS, and ELCA say, "All of us picked up STDs at Fuller Seminary, so pay attention to us."

Enough ruminations! Article VII of the Augsburg Confession states that unity comes from general agreement, not from every possible picky thing anyone can imagine. That is used with Article X of the Formula of Concord to label everything as adiaphora, Latin plural for "matters of indifference." WELS specializes in everything being matters of indifference, including women consecrating Holy Communion, bedding down with ELCA, and promoting Calvinism.

Confidentially, WELS knows as little about the Book of Concord as the Missouri Synod. That is shown by their shared ignorance and mutual opposition to an important part of Article X in the Formula of Concord.

X. 5. Namely, when under the title and pretext of external adiaphora such things are proposed as are in principle contrary to God’s Word (although painted another color), these are not to be regarded as adiaphora, in which one is free to act as he will, but must be avoided as things prohibited by God. In like manner, too, such ceremonies should not be reckoned among the genuine free adiaphora, or matters of indifference, as make a show or feign the appearance, as though our religion and that of the Papists were not far apart, thus to avoid persecution, or as though the latter were not at least highly offensive to us; or when such ceremonies are designed for the purpose, and required and received in this sense, as though by and through them both contrary religions were reconciled and became one body; or when a reentering into the Papacy and a departure from the pure doctrine of the Gospel and true religion should occur or gradually follow therefrom [when there is danger lest we seem to have reentered the Papacy, and to have departed, or to be on the point of departing gradually, from the pure doctrine of the Gospel].

How about this, synodicals, ye who worship the organization and bow down before the fancy-robed and fish-hatted dictator?

The synods - with ELCA - endorsed and promoted the Roman Catholic three-year lectionary.

The synods - with ELCA - love every Biblical paraphrase except the Apostolic Text, aka the Majority or Traditional Text of the KJV, and promote the snip and clip monstrosities of apostate liars Tischendorf, Westcott, Hort, and Aland.

The synods - with ELCA - endorsed and promoted Rome's San Francisco color scheme for the paraments, adding pink, sky-blue, and who knows what.

The district and synod presidents -with ELCA - have become more Roman in their liturgical finery than ever before.

WELS - suffering from withdrawal, giving up their black Geneva gowns - brazenly adopted an expensive Calvinist hymnal of their own and demanded big bucks from the parishes to pay for it.

The synods - with ELCA - despise Biblical Lutheran doctrine, if they even deal with it, and pile up experts of their own from Rome, Calvinism, and the popcorn praise band advocates of the Babtists.

Rome and the Calvinists have made such incursions into Lutheran doctrine and worship that all these "adiaphora" should be removed. No one should be indifferent about the adiaphora coming in the back door, no pun intended, but that is what the thieves like best (John 10).

This article concerning justification by faith (as the Apology says) is the chief article in the entire Christian doctrine, without which no poor conscience can have any firm consolation, or can truly know the riches of the grace of Christ, as Dr. Luther also has written: If this only article remains pure on the battlefield, the Christian Church also remains pure, and in goodly harmony and without any sects; but if it does not remain pure, it is not possible that any error or fanatical spirit can be resisted. All four sect leaders call themselves Confessional Lutherans, but they oppose what the Book of Concord confessions clearly teach. Not to worry - they will sell more and better dogmatics books at first edition prices. No, the new LCMS Small Catechism is not the Large Catechism - it is the try-to-find-Luther pseudo-catechism, 400 pages.

The gravitational pull of apostasy has brought the brethren and sistern together in one massive cesspool of doctrinal error, Calvinistic edu-tainment, and hymnal multiplication. How many awful hymnals have these clowns sold at obscene prices in the last few decades?

The only thing Lutheran about them is their name, which they are keen to drop whenever starting a new mission, playing with real estate like Monopoly board game losers.

The Book of Concord, 1580, is an imposing volume. The Triglotta version made it even heavier, with tiny print serving as an eyesight test.

May I be frank? Most clergy own a lot of books, but they do not read a lot.

The clown in the video poses and postures below a mountain of untouched books. Kittel? Is he kidding us? He uses a Greek 101 New Testament, a pony, with the English on one side and the Greek on the other. See one of his recent manic videos - where he cannot even read the cue cards and get his confused message across.

The main point is - Rev. Chatterbox has no grasp of the Gospel at all. He is a shrieking OJ copycat of his fanatical, Calvinist Pietist seminary professors. 

The Universalists among you need to read this, since they are Confessional Lutherans. Ha!

Back to the main point. The most portable Book of Concord is the Tappert, scorned by the Objective Justification crowd. They remind me of the boy who visited our house. He said, "I am not allowed to dance. But of all the dances I am not allowed to do, the Moon Walk is my favorite." And he was good.

They do not read or study the Book of Concord in Lutherland, no matter what the synod. The ELS makes a big point of teaching in rooms with Triglottas, but they still enforce Justification without Faith - with Enthusiasm. 

The Solution is the modular Book of Concord, published by 

• Alec Satin, the Lutheran Librarian, printed volumes -
• which are also PDFs in the Lutheran Library Publishing Ministry. 

Print volumes are portable and easy to read for the elderly like me. The online copies are handy for searching and copying important passages.

Large Catechism - we can expose false doctrine published by the OJ Universalists.

I learned Luther's Large Catechism because I had the ALC volume of the LC alone. I read it here and there and startled when someone made claims obviously against Luther's sermons as confessions.

Read about the crypto-Calvinists. As one translator wrote, "They are not crypto (secret) anymore." Has anyone done a health and wellness check on him?

Ask Pastor OJ if he has ever read this, especially the part on Justification by Faith.
He will apologize, clear this throat, and mumble something.

I would give this first, among all the modules, to any Lutheran. 
These are Luther's sermons, crafted to be confessions for all Lutherans.
WELS calls the Book of Concord "boring and irrelevant." No, it is especially relevant for a sect known for alcoholism, adultery, and cross-dressing.

The Formula of Concord is a clearly written Biblical commentary on the issues dividing Lutherans. Read Article III - The Righteousness of Faith. The Biggies in your synod do not know, comprehend, or teach this - but they label themselves as Confessional Lutherans, Orthodox Lutherans, Bronze Age Lutherans. They are Seminexers who knew they could not win on that odious label, so they used Church Growth as their cover story.

The Small Catechism, plain and simple, without the accumulation of garbage used to make it "better" and "more understandable."
