• Talk Biblical inerrancy but deny the clear, plain teaching of the Scriptures.
• Speak glowingly of Justification but mean the Calvinistic, Pietistic distortions fashioned by Luther's enemies.
• Claim a quia subscription to the Book of Concord, but also say it is boring and irrelevant.
• Want a free ride on the Creation train, but reject the divine efficacy of the Word.
• Preach on John 16 but overlook that Jesus calls unbelief the foundational sin - "because they believe not on Me."
• Parade in their copes, capes, mitres, and chasubles through a cloud of incense but separate the Spirit from the Word, legislating from the throne of their hearts, like the Pope.
• Venerate a kidnapper, thief, and riot organizer, making him the only, true, infallible judge of Scripture, so all questions are answered by the Great Prophet Walther.
• Praise Jesus while tearing down the bridge to the Savior, the Means of Grace.

At least they admitted it. Camp Trinity is hosting joint worship and lectures by anti-Scripture bigots:

They are Objective Justification fanatics. They deny the Chief Article of the Christianity - Justification by Faith.

They are going to parade their belief in Creation, but what does that mean when they make their money on repudiating the Master and Chief, the Prince, the article that judges all other articles of faith?

Professors Zarling and Bivens lectured this to WELS and posted their essays in the Holy of Holies, the WELS Essays File.

"The article of justification is the master and prince, the lord, the ruler, and the judge over all kinds of doctrines; it preserves and governs all church doctrine and raises up our conscience before God. Without this article the world is utter death and darkness... The doctrine of justification must, as I frequently urge, be diligently learned; for in it all the other articles of our faith are comprehended. And when that is safe, the others are safe too."

No, that justification is not Objective Justification, as the professors scandalously claimed. Luther, Melanchthon, and Chemnitz made it clear in the Book of Concord, which these Quia Marias pretend to honor.

6] This article concerning justification by faith (as the Apology says) is the chief article in the entire Christian doctrine, without which no poor conscience can have any firm consolation, or can truly know the riches of the grace of Christ, as Dr. Luther also has written: If this only article remains pure on the battlefield, the Christian Church also remains pure, and in goodly harmony and without any sects; but if it does not remain pure, it is not possible that any error or fanatical spirit can be resisted.

Their OJ arguments are exploded in the nearby section below, which they have never read, never comprehended. That is why they squawk, howl, and jibber about their precious OJ.

During the 2014-2015 school year, the school allegedly failed to protect a ninth grade student who was sexually harassed and assaulted multiple times by other students.

The Department claims the school retaliated against the student by preventing her from returning for her 10th grade year.

GJ - The Twin-Cities are a hive for Church Growth in WELS. The school hides its WELS affiliation but foolishly claims to be training youth to be Disciples of Christ - the denomination that gave us Don McGavran's Church Growth Movement!

"We look forward to building West Lutheran with his leadership and guidance as we prepare youth as Disciples of Christ."

"The mission of West Lutheran High School is to use the Word of God to prepare youth as Disciples of Christ by developing spiritual, intellectual, and social skills for dedicated service to their Savior."

 McGavran, behind Larry, was a Disciples of Christ minister and a sociologist.

New Management Team Badly Needed

As WELS Intrepid Leader Spencer said about Justification, "That is not a hill I will die on." He seemed to favor the Chief Article over Knapp, Rambach, Stephan, and Walther, but Steve asserted his thraldom and capitulated. He said WELS was very good at controlling people. Another observer would say, "No one is left in WELS but the compromised, the compromising, and the minders."

There are exceptions, but they are scarce as hen's teeth.

Mark Zarling and Frosty Bivens are great examples of Boomers who revolutinized WELS. As WELS Pastor Papenfus admitted to the families he kicked out - for denying the squalid idiocies of Objective Justification - "I never heard of OJ until I got to seminary."

Someone said, "The bubble is about to burst at Martin Luther College." But that fading school is more like a balloon in the garden, snagged by a plant after the summer birthday party, wrinkled and baggy, with just enough air left in it to retain its shape. No one is going to make MLC look bigger, better, or useful.

 WELS Luther Days spent thousands and attracted dozens.

The LCMS-WELS Boomers thought they were great, grabbing and keeping power. They used the scalpels of OJ in the right hand and Church Growth in the left hand to gut their synods of any semblance of Lutheran doctrine and worship.

Ancients called this a Pyrric victory, a win so bloody on the winning side that it is really self-defeating.

Watch and listen for their sociological excuses for the schools closing, their membership collapsing.

They are harder to cure than shingles, because no one is left to fight them.
