Analogy of Faith and Clues from the Apostate Lutherans

Someone sent me this boot to use for WELS extending the
Left Foot of Fellowship. Dave and Steve Valleskey failed the Justification quiz.

The Analogy of Faith post demonstrated that people can take a phrase from Paul and turn it upside down. The concept is to teach the Scripture from the unified truth of the revealed Word, but the Romanists and Calvinists say it must be from the perspective of their denominations.

Needless to say, that is the opposite of what Luther practiced and Paul taught. The Zwingli-Calvinist sects made a point of disputing the key Biblical points Luther emphasized by careful exegesis: Justification by Faith, the efficacy of the Word, the Means of Grace, and the Sacraments as the visible Word. But now the "conservative" Lutherans - LCMS/WELS/ELS - promote the wisdom of safe sects, the source of great riches and wealth. Like "Church Growth Eyes"?

False teachers give many clues while pulling the wool over our eyes, the fleece over their rapacious jaws and gleaming eyes.
I noticed from the recent search of Subjective Justification in the precious WELS Ecstasy Files - the authors could spout every honor given to the Chief Article - Justification by Faith - while applying those honors to their obsession - Objective Justification, World Absolution without Faith.

Frosty Bivens failed the Justification quiz, so he taught at Mordor.

Frosty Bivens, Mark Zarling, and Steve Valleskey performed this pit maneuver, a little jolt to spin Justification by Faith off the road and out of our memory. Overtly or covertly, they bring down a thousand curses on anyone who dares to oppose  their falsehoods. Thus the sheep are slaughtered and scattered, the shepherds manacled.  Meanwhile, the heirs of Martin Stephan, STD, will protect their fellow-heirs, their fellow-errorists.

Yes, they apply the Calvinist version of the Analogy of Faith. Every Scriptural passage must be in harmony with UOJ. The control element is UOJ, not the Scriptures, so the following "prove" UOJ, yuk, yuk:

  1. Raised for our justification - Romans 4:25, but not 4:25!
  2. Who takes away the sins of the world - John 1:29; ignore the Fourth Gospel's theme of faith.
  3. Peace on earth, good will toward men - Luke 2:14
  4. It is finished - John 19:30.
  5. Justified in the spirit - 1 Timothy 3:16
  6. 2 Corinthians 5:31 - He became sin for us.
Not one of those passages even implies world absolution without faith, yet the Halle Pietists and now the modern Catholics and mainline Protestants teach that cowardly Universalism as basic.

The trouble with the rubes who run the Lutheran synods is that they are too ignorant to know they are simply repeating the blasphemies of the mainlines - like ELCA - in a slightly different form. I studied Tillich, Barth, Bultmann, Rahner, and many others at Notre Dame. When I discovered what the SynCons were teaching, I thought - "Oh yes, modern apostate liberalism." The roots are the same - Pietism and the rationalism from that anti-credal movement.

John Sparky Brenner failed the Justification quiz, so he is a professor at Mordor in Mequon.

They Cannot Say the Words - Justification by Faith
These apostates have one thing in common - being allergic to faith, they cannot say these words - Justification by Faith.

They imply their SJ is Justification by Faith. That is, they let their blind followers think that. They also let them think OJ is the Atonement, though they reject that in their sacred - or is that scared - writings.

By corrupting the clear words of the Chief Article, they pollute the meaning - on purpose. Follow Dr. John Sparky Brenner as he refers to the Chief Article as the Individual Appropriation of Forgiveness.

As St. Paul wrote, inspired by the Holy Spirit, Romans 5
Therefore since our sins are individually appropriated, we have peace...
