Catholic Faith: The End of the Italian Privilege
In figures, we go from 37.3% of the population attending Sunday Mass in 1993 to 23.7% in 2019—bearing in mind that declared attendance is always higher than actual attendance, which means that the actual figures are even lower.
Some Italian areas are lower than 10%!
The Only Cure
- Removing the navel-gazing ads for the synod, during and after the worship service.
- No longer offering snacks and beverages during the service.
- No longer singing from the latest junk hymnal and reading from the latest junk Bible.
- Identifying and extirpating the Church Growth Movement in all its disguises, assaults, books, and scripts.
- Requiring the Augsburg Confession for all pastors, staff, and elders.
- Emphasizing the Means of Grace.
- Teaching faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God.
