ALPB Forum - About ELCA Seminaries

The original "LSTC" became Wrigley Park, but an ELCA pastor who went to Maywood (the second home of the original seminary) thought his school began at the White Sox site. Name it not! The ELCA pastor/journalist responded that I was correct. Ahem.
A discussion stated that off-campus seminary education is so prevalent that

"In our synod [ELCA district], of the 7-8 people who have been in candidacy over the last 3-4 years, only one is resident at sem."

Consider that, Cubs fans. That may be an extreme example, but it points toward the consecrated piles of brick and marble becoming monuments, memorials, and mausoleums.

That is already becoming true at the LCMS UOJ incense factories, Mordor, and the Little Schoolhouse on the Prairie.
