As we step into 2024, take advantage of this workshop for ministry leaders from Concordia University-Wisconsin. This workshop grew out of a Siebert-supported pilot program initiated this year to shape a curriculum that provides ministry leaders (pastors and lay leaders) with a well-rounded set of skills and competencies to more effectively lead their organizations.

This journey began in 2022 when Siebert staff began exploring solutions with the three local Lutheran synods and Concordia to address the need for additional business management skills among ministry leaders.
