The New Love Shack Belongs to the Members -
So Does the Stinky Old Bar Called The CORE Belong to Them?
Their Funds Made the $500,000+ Bar a Gift to St. Peter in Freedom

Bart has been bad - again.

It's been nearly three months since the synod's administrative offices moved into the new WELS Center for Mission and Ministry in Waukesha, Wis. The boxes have been unpacked, the pictures hung, the dungeon dug, and our workers have settled into their new spaces. The shared reaction by all who work in this new building and by all who have visited is, "What a blessing!"
This building belongs to you, the members of our Wisconsin Synod. For that reason, we would like to invite you to an open house on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Synod employees will be on hand to welcome you, show you around, and tell you a little bit about what they do cover-up on your behalf.
It just so happens that the Conference of Predators (COP) will also be meeting on that day. The members of the COP will end their meeting a little early to give them a chance to greet and visit with you. They may even invite you in for a bite, if you get my drift.
The address of the WELS Center for Mission and Ministry is N16W23377 Stone Ridge Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188. A map and driving directions are available at www.wels.net/cmmaddress.
