I looked up Bethany Lutheran Seminary - The Little Schoolhouse on the Prairie - for its student population. The photo showed a total of seven students, four being ordained and three being given a vicarage. The faculty is Schmeling, Schmeling, and somebody. The senior Schmeling is retiring, leaving behind the suggestion of nepotism, his son the only other one on the faculty for a time.

One of their speakers, Jack Kilcrease, earned his PhD at a Jesuit university and teaches at an ELCA style online school - where Jay Webber got his STM after 20 or more years of academic labor. Since Jay and Jack are both passionate about Objective Justification, Jay probably suggested Jack for the Bethany lectures.
