So we have a mystery like unto the Hyles-Schaap stealth statistics. People are constantly viewing these two WELS links, but the discussion links do not show up on the all-time list. See the top graphic - over 15,000 and 12,000 views each.

Are you not glad that I have kept those discussions easy to find and read? The WELS Discussions Security Detail pointedly asked me not to be a part of their discussions. Some said they would not participate if I were listed as a member of that group. I chuckled and gave myself the Left Foot of Fellowship by Proxy.

Disturbing to Lutherans, Or Not?

Lutherans should be disturbed that the synod presidents who call themselves conservative, orthodox, or confessional...are not.

Matt the Fatt, Mirthless Mark, and Pope John the Malefactor are united by a common disbelief. They reject Justification by Faith but are too cowardly to say that. Instead, they "rejoice" that they agree about Universal Objective Justification.

Carl Braaten is no hero of mine, but he had all the advantages in his academic career, from Harvard to Paris. He identifies those who reject the Chief Article - Justification by Faith - as being on the far fringes of Lutherdom. Look - the three clowns above belong to the radical fringe. They are so twisted that they casually treat their favorite dogma as the Chief Article. In WELS it is popular to start on "Justification," use all the attributes of Justification by Faith, and then romp through UOJ-land like whirling dervishes on meth. Hypocrisy Is Their Game, Conswervative Is Their Name: Con Artists Who Swerve Away from Luther

LCMS - the Synod President candidates use Herman Otten to put them over the top while pretending to hate Christian News. Paul the Plagiarist McCain worked secretly with Otten to get Al Barry elected. Meanwhile, CPH said to me, "We rejected Catholic, Lutheran, Protestant for publication because you write for Christian News."

Matt the Fatt's campaign team traveled to New Haven, Missouri to sing their Ballad of Herman Otten to him. However, anyone else communicating with Otten is a leper. In one class at Concordia Seminary (Our Lady of Sorrows), St. Louis, two people were denied approval by the John Johnson administration. Both men had superficial contacts with Otten - little more than one message sent. I was there when Johnson was faxing to Otten all the time. 

The editor of Northwestern Lutheran - currently named Forward for Fuller - told me, "If you write for Christian News, you cannot publish in our WELS magazine." However, the WELS minders are constantly in touch with Otten to have him spike the stories about criminal conduct by WELS workers. If he cannot spike a national story like Joel Hochmuth and the FBI raid at the Love Shack, he buries the lead on page 17, an old trick used to say, "We covered that one."

The "conservative" Lutheran leaders do not mind Otten at all. He is quite docile and cooperative. An extra favor for them is his service as a Judas goat, whether deliberate or not. When he publishes material from dissenters, he identifies them for termination. People talk, so everyone knows. "Anonymous" just means - Let the guessing begin. Thus the synod leaders keep and flatter Otten for their own self-serving public relations and for making the flowers bloom - so their heads can be cut off.

I do not mind being on the shun list of apostate synods. The CPH rejection led me into independent publishing, and the toxic leaders made it easy to be independent of their incompetence. 

Where else in Christendom can the entire group - ELCA/WELS/ELS/LCMS/CLC sic - be devoted to Church Growth and shrinking at the same time? UOJ and conswervative at the same time? 

 Doctrinal morons can be seminary presidents - ask Walther! Ask Valleskey!

WELS and Other Sects Can Learn from Creation Gardening

We had a rocking storm last night, with howling winds and drenching rains. My first thought was to check on the Fever Few during the morning walk. That plant is still green and growing, after several hard frosts and subsequent thaws. The mints are dormant. Most plants look dead, as if to say, "Wake me when it is spring."

The plants (and animals) follow the schedule built into them by the Creating Word. "All things were created by Him; nothing was made apart from Him." John 1:3 They thrive outside of their favorite zones for sunlight, soil, rain, and temperature. They burst into productivity when everything is just right for them. Some cannot exist apart from their natural - that is, Creation designed - habitat.

Joe Pye loves wet, poorly drained soil, as if the Creator said,

"We (the Holy Trinity) need a large and hardy plant full of nectar for butterflies, bees, and beneficial insects, for those places where nothing wants to grow. Let it be perennial with deep roots to loosen and improve the soil, to feed the fungi carbon in exchange for nutrition and water. And let the flowers and plant give off fragrances that attract the flying insects, so they know from a distance that shelter and food are near."

A Joe Pye in the right place, with plenty of water, will grow to seven feet and produce enormous complex flower clusters that regrow after the nectar stage is over. One could write a dissertation on the positive effects of one plant, and yet they are easy to grow.

How Do Abusive Sects Treat People? Sad Tale
WELS needs schools to train students to be WELSish, to assume that WELS is always perfect, no matter how bad their doctrine and behavior is. Why are WELS schools abusive, and why does Mordor in Mequon promote vicious hazing (secret) rites? They produce the results they want, total conformity, especially among those who claim to hate the abuse.

They rejoice in driving people away and then criticize those who leave for shaking the dust off their feet.

Their favorite response to abuse is "Nothing happened." Correction - "NOTHING HAPPENED!" The only people in positions of authority are those who will go along with everything, even covering up murder and worse felonies." They are the Nuffin Gang. "I know nuffin. I was there and saw and herd nuffin. I remember nuffin. I didn't do nuffin."

WELS rejects the Gospel as central to the Means of Grace - Justification by Faith. Like the Calvinists, the WELSians have their own little story, but it is like the artificial food on display at cafeterias. The ice cream under the plastic dome is a bowl of shortening. Mmmmm. The whipped cream is actually shaving cream - it holds up better. Save some for me. The pie is plastic. No thanks.

Why would anyone be attracted to and grow from WELS abuse and fakery? The answer is - the sect is melting down after all their loud efforts "to grow."

Some plants and animals will survive in extreme conditions, like a desert or a salt lake, but the numbers are few.

1. Try to teach faith. The hatred unleashed is remarkable.
2. Mention Ichabod and listen to the tirade.
3. Ask their definition of the Chief Article.
4. Does the seminary still have GA or is it HB now? Why are seminarians injured during a secret ritual to "make everyone closer"?
5. What happened in the mattress room?

WELS-LCMS-ELS: they love Rick Warren, Hybels, Groeschel, Andy Stanley, and many other cult leaders - but abhor Luther.

Still Being Read - List of Hyles Related Abuse Cases - August 7, 2012

The late Jack Hyles trained an army of abusers like him, and he is still adored today. 

 Son-in-law Rev. Jack Schaap took over the cult and was arrested for sex with a minor girl he was "counseling." If he were WELS, Otten would have spiked the story, as he did with Zerbe - WELS. Schaap wrote love letters to young girls.
WELS will never tolerate that - they would give Jack another call.

Now look at the all-time views listed in statistics. Hyles should be just below the A. Nony Mouse (Glende) link below. But the Hyles link does not show up at all. The Hyles list was viewed twice today - and often is, so I know it gets constant traffic, though 6 years old.

This most likely means that the Hyles-Schaap organization has paid a service to block the link so relatively few see it. Instead of being near the top of the Hyles links #4, it is invisible to most people.

I am just an advanced amateur in computers, but I recall Glende giving people advice on how to keep off the search engines by paying a monthly fee to reputation.com. In fact, some photos no longer uploaded to the blog, until I posted them with new names.
