Let Us Pause To Honor the WELS Framework of Fellowship

WELS pontificates - "They are outside the framework of church fellowship." But of course, WELS ardently worships at the same throne.

I was talking to a member about all the honored greats of Church Growth who imploded, plus a few other scoundrels. WELS and Missouri share them - but the Little Sect on the Prairie is pure (yuk, yuk). Just ask the ELS.

Mark and Avoid Jeske is a regular Robert Schulller, liberal Calvinist, tireless self-promoter, anxious to include every confession of faith, except Justification by Faith.
He has his hands in Thrivent and the Seibert Foundation, The Core, Church and Church (now in stealth mode), and various other entities.

Starting at the top left - Craig Groeschel was being copied verbatim at the Glende-Ski Popcorn Cathedral of Love. The lawyer who proved this and objected to it was excommunicated. The DP supported Glende and Ski.

Top middle - Mark Driscoll - who said bodies would be piled up when he was done. Ski, Glende, and Bishop Katie went to absorb the magic.

Next row down, left - Donald McGavran, Disciples of Christ, founder of Church Growth, promoter of Planned Parenthood in writing.

Aging hippy with the moustache - Leonard Sweet - adored in WELS and the LCMS St. Louis Apostasiorium. Maybe he was really profound, but he sounded like one of those weed addicts who never stop talking.

The cheerful chubby is Ed Stetzer, who is currently very big at Wheaton College and Trinity Divinity in Deerfield. The Deerfield branch of Pietism was used so much by WELS staff that their Love Shack was mentioned twice in one annual report. Trinity Divinity has been disgraced by the behavior of Bill Hybels (below) and Ravi Zacharias. WELS gave pastors money to learn from His Holiness Hybels (but offered me a scholarship there).

The big white-haired portrait is C. Peter Wagner, aka Pete Wagner, also popular in WELS, though his Pentecostal ravings should have frightened most people away. He fell for the creepy guy who was "raising people from the dead" in Florida. He was the hot-shot promoter for McGavran, or as WELS might say, the Larry Olson for the Founder of Church Growth.

At the bottom is Andy Stanley, gay activist Babtist, son of the equally appalling Charles Stanley. Glende, Ski, Bishop Katie (and others) attended at least one Andie Stanley money-maker. Ski blogged about it - lavishing praise on Andy Stanley and worshiping with him. The blog was out in public for a long time. I copied parts of it, because I knew they would destroy the evidence and deny it. 

WELS pastors and staff, plus LCMS dolts of the same persuasion, can always be found with Enthusiasts. They are now so deluded that they continue on the same path, looking for more reasons their faithless Law speeches are driving people away or into their lupine jaws.

Let us not forget Archbishop Weakland, who was invited - with his priests - to offer public lectures at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WELS), a fact later denied by the college and WELS. The lectures were publicized (also denied by WELS). It was not a private luncheon, as WELS declared, which is even more bizarre than lectures. Weakland was also under fire for his relationship with a man and his misuse of church funds, but that was no problem for WELS.

One WELS Church Growth expert sold Cho books at a WELS gathering, and Cho was promoted at the Kelm conference I was forced to attend.

I do not remember if Hill's name was mentioned in awe - as so many phonies are in WELS - but he was a major influence for Robert Schuller, who received an award for supporting Hill's dogma. Pete Wagner talked crazy like this too. Luther warned that when the Means of Grace are set aside, many foul errors will rush in. 

 WELS has a special hatred for the Book of Concord. They are Quia Marias, pretending to love a confession they despise and corrupt. The ELS is the same but quieter.

Cross-dressing Andy Mueller, son of Wayne, is a big deal at Church and Change Your Gender, the WELS Church Growth cult that went invisible.

Disgraced Milwaukee Archbishop and his priests gave a series of public lectures at Wisconsin Lutheran College (WELS). NY Times on Weakland.

My favorite Roman Catholic journalist, George Neumayr, published an essay on Pope Francis' affection for a Communist leader in his native Argentina - Where Bergoglio [Pope Francis] Buried His Communist Mentor.

Calling the pope "Bergoglio" - using his last name - suggests that Neumayr considers the papal seat vacant.

"Once a striking 19th-century church, Santa Cruz is now just a propaganda prop for Pope Francis’s gang of communist clerics. It is pitiful and puts me in mind of what a precocious teenager said to me the other day after I asked her what she thought of the pope: “He is so bad and ridiculous I don’t think he is the pope. Nothing he does is like what other popes have done.”

That is a common refrain in conservative circles here."

The Church of Rome is officially against socialism, but the pope ardently promotes it. The same fervor permeates many Roman Catholic institutions. Have the Lutheran clergy who sinuflected to Rome noticed this? Doubtless they have witty little comments to explain it away.

Area students help on mission trip

WATERLOO -- During the week of June 22, 18 local students and three chaperones embarked on a mission trip to Mingo County, West Virginia. The event, organized by St. Paul's Lutheran Church, ELCA, was the largest trip the congregation had sent students on and contained a variety of individuals. Students from St. Paul's, St. John's Lutheran Church, WELS and Holy Family Roman Catholic Parish all of Waterloo and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, ELCA of Marshall participated.

The trip was the farthest traveled since the program began in 2010 with the participants spending a night in Columbus, Ohio on the way down and Champaign, Ill. on the way home.

While in West Virginia missionary work included: cleaning, painting, putting up siding and sharing meals with the families the group was serving. Students and chaperones also visited a local nursing home and worked with children at a kid's club, along with spending a couple of evenings learning about the mining wars of the 1920s and line dancing.

"It was great to see the youth working together and interacting with local residents. They really built a relationship with them throughout the time we were there. The youth expressed how much their eyes were opened through their experiences with the community in Williamson, W.V.," said chaperone Laura Crave.

"We worked with Zelma on painting her porch and cleaned her yard. She was 93 years old and loved to tell stories about her long life," said Austin Weber. "The members of St. Paul's have been generous in supporting our youth mission trips since 2010.

Support for the youth mission trips has been raised through individual donations, fundraisers within the congregation and fundraisers in the community. This year, the youth from St. Paul's invited several friends from other community congregations to join them, creating an extensive community outreach," said Rev. Robb Kosky.

YouthWorks, a group that organizes Mission Trips, including St. Paul's, generally charges between $250-$300 per person. St. Paul's has always paid for the adult chaperones from fundraising and families pay a deposit for each student. The other primary expense is transportation. This year there were some additional costs related to the distance traveled and the cost for the 2015 Mission Trip was approximately $9,200 or $512 per student. The trip could not have been made without the generous support of the congregation.

One segment of world corruption is child trafficking (and worse) - now being exposed in the grisly news about J. Epstein, Nxium, and Rachel Chandler.

When we were in Columbus, Ohio, the news often mentioned Les Wexner and his Limited conglomeration of clothing stores, including Victoria's Secret.

In Columbus wee heard about Senator McCain, whose second wife was rich from her dad's liquor business - more like their mob business in connection with Bronfman, another mobster. Thanks to Prohibition, Bronfman's Seagram whiskey was sold at premium prices to people like Joe Kennedy. And Bronfman money protected Nxium from prosecution for decades.

 Only a few attended the exclusive wedding of Chelsea Hubbell Clinton, and that included Ghislane Maxwell.  

Today I would like to emphasize the Church of Rome's participation in global corruption. Some like to think it is rather recent, but Rome has at least 500 years of tradition in that area, and the architecture of the Vatican proves how this is out in the open, slap-in-the-face real today.

The best way to get some grasp of the enormity of Rome's current corruption is to read articles by George Neumayr of the American Spectator. Clearly, the entire structure of Cardinals in Roman Catholicism is dominated by their homosexual princes:

The power of the Cardinals is so great that all the chatter about reform - for the last 30 years - has been an organized distraction. The noisy reform campaigns are like Werning and Kelm teaming up to get rid of Church Growth in the Missouri and Wisconsin sects.

Does anyone wonder how the WELS Wisconsin Lutheran College managed to invite Archbishop Weakland and his priests to give lectures to the public from the WLC campus? Yes, he was notorious for his boyfriend and his embezzlement of church funds to pay off the boyfriend. Such invitations do not happen by accident. The Lavender Mafia in WELS had to be involved, because colleges of any kind do not just happen to invite an archbishop and a bunch of his priest toadies to give public lectures.

Naturally, WELS lied about their scandalous involvement. They usually condemn anyone who tells the truth about their cover story, which was something like - it was only a private dinner. Sure, Roman archbishops go to private dinners at Lutheran colleges. Does anyone wonder why the Reformation's 500th was so weak in LCMS-WELS?

Pope Francis, SJ, is at the top of this global, organized crime family, known as the Roman Catholic Church.

"Pope Francis has conferred the title of “Commander of the Pontifical Equestrian Order of St. Gregory the Great” on Lilianne Ploumen, a Dutch politician and vocal agitator for abortion rights.
Last year, Ploumen founded a pro-abortion organization called She Decides, which offers funding and support for international NGOs that provide, facilitate or campaign for abortion.

In an email to the Catholic Herald, Ms. Ploumen said that she was “very honoured” by the pontifical medal, which was sent via the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs last month.

In an interview with Dutch radio, Ploumen said she views the honor as a sign of the pope’s progressivism, as well as acknowledgement for her work in supporting abortion rights.

“Yes, because you know, the Vatican, especially under prior popes, had a rather rigid attitude when it came to the rights of girls and women,” she said.

The Order of St Gregory the Great was founded by Pope Gregory XVI in 1831, under the patronage of Pope St Gregory I. It is bestowed on those who have distinguished themselves in public service or given support to the Church."

 This pedophile Archbishop - Weakland - was the honored speaker at Wisconsin Lutheran College - WELS: Rembert Weakland. WLC tried to lie their way out of this, but it was a public lecture promoted all over Milwaukee - not that this particular detail mattered that much.

John Doe 16

In the 1990's, many of Father Murphy's victims began to break their silence and report their abuse to the Archdiocese. Among those who reported was “John Doe 16”. John Doe 16, now an adult, and a survivor of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of Father Murphy at St. John's School for the Deaf, reported the abuse to Archbishop Weakland in 1994 and began a several year quest to have the Vatican hold the abuser accountable and remove him from the priesthood. After much back and forth between Catholic officials in Rome and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Murphy was never held accountable, never removed from the priesthood and when he died in 1998 Murphy was dressed in full vestments and a funeral mass was presided by Auxiliary Bishop Richard Sklba.

John Doe 16 v. Holy See

In April of 2010, after years of dealing with a life time of severe emotional distress from his abuse as a child, John Doe 16, represented by Jeff Anderson and associates, filed a lawsuit in United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Division. The law suit, titled "John Doe 16 v. Holy See" names Pope Benedict and two of his top aides as defendants. 

The suit alleges that the pope, in an earlier role before his election, and other Vatican officials failed to discipline Murphy in the 1990s when US Church officials discovered the abuse, reported it to the Vatican and wanted him defrocked. 

The filing of the lawsuit, is the second such filed by Jeff Anderson and Associates on behalf of a victim of clergy abuse.

The Milwaukee Catholic archdiocese is hemorrhaging money

MILWAUKEE - The chief of staff of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee says bankruptcy proceedings are putting Milwaukee's Catholic Church in a 'dire situation.'

However, Jerry Topczewski told Newsradio 620 WTMJ's "Wisconsin's Morning News" that "The Church isn't going out of business by any means."

The Journal Sentinel reports that the Archdiocese filed court documents showing that it's losing so much money on legal fees that, under current legal demands, it will no longer be able to pay its regular operational expenses after Easter Sunday.

It's asking Federal Judge Susan Kelley to let them stop making payments to lawyers except for reorganization.

"It's a dire situation in the sense that the Archdiocese does not have a lot of resources.  A lot of people think the Church is rich.  Financially, the Archdiocese runs on a very small, balanced budget," explained Topczewski.

"The Archdiocese has expenses.  Those moneys have been eaten up by attorneys as we try to move through this bankruptcy in a responsible way."

He also detailed how money parishioners donated in offerings during Mass and other appeals would not go to pay lawyers.

"We've been very good caretakers of their money.  When they contribute, money (isn't) used for attorneys, for court fees.  Those monies go for service.  They know their money is going to help people."

1) I can assure you that the Catholic blogosphere's biggest reaction to this video has been side-splitting laughter.

2) The ladies in the video are young, but the vast majority of "Catholic" advocates of women's ordination are elderly. Many of them have given up on the "institutional Church" and have priested themselves and set up their own churches.

3) Re Archbishop Weakland: I am a Milwaukean. He was more of an embarrassment to his flock than he was to Rome. And also to his monastery, as St. Vincent's made it very clear that he was not welcome back there. He has very few devotees left, and while the damage he has done has not entirely been repaired, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is in better shape than it was 11 years ago.
