Catholic, Lutheran, Protestant sold out its first printing completely, In fact, people are phoning for additional copies. There are absolutely no copies left to sell or give away. I only have two for myself.
The good news is that the book is completely rewritten. I am working out how the printed version will appear. CLP will definitely be available from Lulu.com. Some people are allergic to buying on the Internet, so I will have copies printed up. The question right now is whether I have a local printer or the previous one.
Once Lulu.com has the book, people will be able to download the pdf or have books sent to them. It will also be available through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders, but at a higher price.
Some improvements are:
1. Cover and illustrations by Norma Boeckler.
2. KJV quotations instead of NIV.
3. Some improvements in white space, to make quotations stand out.
4. Footnotes instead of end notes.
5. Old typos replaced with new ones.
I am planning an instructor's guide for the near future. I will producing quite a bit of material on Lulu.com because I can provide it whether the effort makes economic sense or not.
I will probably start a blog just for publications.
