So let me get this straight....because these guys posed for pictures with celebrities that have done things that we may not agree with ( namely SIN...which we are ALL guilty of) that means that they are doing something wrong? How do we know that they weren't ministering to these people as they had the opportunity to meet with them? Did Jesus himself not minister to a prostitute? And what did the Pharisees say and assume about that?.....exactly the same things that all of you supposed Christian people are saying and assuming about these 2 men in the ministry. Instead of breaking the 8th commandment daily on this blog, why don't you go and talk to these guys and find out for yourself how doctrinely (sic) sound they are instead of buying in to a bunch of assumptions and rumors.

Most men post pictures of their wives, not pin-ups, on the main Facebook page. Glende cannot help it. He grew up in Columbus, in a non-WELS CG parish that listened in awe to Floyd Luther Stolzenburg, Shrinker Extraordinaire.
Pastors have contacted these apostates and talked to them, getting nowhere. Ski is proud of recycling Groeschel and enjoys the support of the Doctrinal Pussycat Engelbrecht. Some did the same with Paul Calvin Kelm, and they got nowhere, too.
Everyone knows that Ski gets his sense of self-esteem from his many celebrity photos. He uses them for pastoral counseling, in fact. "This is me and..." This is a new version of Carl Rogers' Client-Centered Counseling - Ski's Celebrity-Centered Counseling.
Some people, within and without WELS, think these tart poses are a disgrace to the public ministry. These women are not known for joining the Wisconsin Synod after hearing the Gospel. Instead, Glende and Ski are trying to bask in the scrofulous glow of the young ladies' fame. Katy Perry abandoned Gospel singing to garner fame in homosexual-themed songs. How inspirational, to cuddle with her on one's Facebook home page! Look at me - I met Katy Perry.

Of course, drinking buddies are going to lob their Eighth Commandment stink bombs. That used to work, when people could not look up information for themselves. Face it, Shrinkers.
