Gerrymander! This is not ACCEPTABLE behavior or policy. Tim Glende is an over-grown child. Neither Glende nor Ski are in a divine call. These cats were chosen by their senior Church And Change leaders(sic) to promote false teaching to unsuspecting sheep. Mark Jeske and cronies want to get rid of our doctrines and move to the One World Religion. Titles, such as 'Lutheran' are too divisive. "No room for titles in a One World Religion!" Rick can transfer to my church.(too bad Texas is far away)

Just curious, but do both Brett Meyers and The WELS Church Lady believe in a 7 year tribulation period with a political "New World Order" playing an important role?
Growing up WELS (and still WELS), I have always been taught that this interpretation of the end days is definitely wrong...
Although, with recent developments in both the religious and political world, I have to admit that that interpretation is starting to look pretty strong.
Grumpy, I believe that Christ's words in Matthew 24 are true.
Matt 24:21-22, "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."
I believe that the Lutheran Confessions are correct in identifying the final Antichrist to be the Roman Catholic Pope.
Currently the Roman Catholic Pope is bringing all religious organizations and denominations into fellowship with the RCC - nearly all are in direct fellowship and all are at minimum in indirect fellowship - just as the Lutheran Synods are through Thrivent and the ELCA.
The efforts to establish a single world government through the United Nations are no longer difficult to see. All of the global elite openly talk about establishing a New World Order - eliminating the sovereignty of all nations. What is less recognizable is the simultaneous effort to establish the One World New Age Religion under the Antichrist. This New World Order religion has openly mandated reducing the world population (killing 6 billion people), through malnutrition, war, abortion and mass genocide in their worship of Satan (the devil, the earth, man and animals).
Leonard Sweet's buddy David Spangler (Director of the Planetary Initiative, United Nations)has clarified the New World Order entrance fee: "Christ is the same force as Lucifer... Lucifer prepares man for the experience of Christhood. (He is) the great initiator.... Lucifer works within each of us to bring us to wholeness, and as we move into a New Age ... each of us in some way is brought to that point which I term the Luciferic Initiation ... for it is an invitation into the New Age.” (David Spangler, Reflections on the Christ p.44-45 and "No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian initiation..."
Justification by God's Grace through Faith alone in Christ alone is the only confession by which man can be forgiven of all sin and thus saved. All world religions reject this by works righteousness and decision theology. Now the Lutheran Synods have rejected this in favor of their man made gospel of Universal Objective Justification. Few there are that make a faithful confession of the Chief Article of Christian faith.
The Lutheran Synods are now following all world religions by kneeling at the feet of New Age Emergent false teachers and having rejected Christ are promoting and protecting all manner of false teachings and practices.
Read and judge for yourself how close they are to establishing the New World Order and Religion.
Christ can come at any moment by God the Father's will. If my prayers were answered I wouldn't have time to finish this comment. Fill your lamps with oil now because the Bridegroom is coming. Now is the time to reject the false teachings, false teachers and false practices and build up your faith in Christ alone through the Means of Grace, God's Word purely taught and the Sacraments rightly distributed. Those who reject Christ in this world are intent on implementing their satanic government and religion and they are very close to achieving it.
Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
