Jimmy James has left a new comment on your post "Brett Meyer, Church of the Augsburg Confession, E...":
Keep fighting the good fight, Brett! Obviously, they are getting nervous. News of this conference and its implications have now made their way into the seminaries and has students MIGHTY nervous.
I've had e-mail exchanges in the past with Schreoder; mainly in response to WHY WELS participates in the Lutheran version of the "Knights of Columbus"....better known as "Thrivent for Lutherans". Now....I'm not sure if he'll allow me to share his responses.
Ironically, Thrivent could avoid all of this homosexual/abortion/lodge issues by simply taking those accounts over to their SECULAR subsidiary. Yes, Thrivent for Lutherans has a SECULAR financial division. But doesn't this tell you Thrivent's real intentions? They, along with their ELCA minions, want to change the entire Lutheran church structure!

GJ - Notice that SP Schroeder's paper was put on lockdown in five minutes, but WELS could not do anything about Groeschel plagiarism (except to approve the dishonesty and fraud via Deputy Doug Englebrecht).
Schroeder's paper had to come off the free download site, but the MLC gay video is still on YouTube and Facebook.
It took weeks of blogging to get the blasphemous Martin Luther statue fight taken off YouTube.
WELS discipline is limited to what affects the WELS bigshots. After that, everyone knows, Anything Goes.
The Appleton-Fox Valley circuit is so bad because of Thrivent money sloshing around funding the stupidities there. One can hardly find a liturgical service in the entire area.
Church and Church (website and boasting still active) makes sure it gets the lion's share* of Thrivent, synod, and foundation money. The definition of lion's share is "all of it."
Has Schroeder insisted that Church and Change's website be taken down? No, of course not.
*lion's share
The greatest or best part.
