All the print copies of my books are heavily discounted from what Lulu recommends. Every single one is available free as a PDF download, with no permission or fees required to distribute to everyone. A large pastor's class on Catholic and Lutheran beliefs could be taught with PDF materils alone, free, including the leader's guide.
Brett Meyer gave away 100 books at the Emmaus Conference.
How many denominations will do that with their materials? None.
So far, Thy Strong Word and Catholic, Lutheran, Protestant are being made available as e-books.
