Study Luther on John 16:8-10.
Those Who Reject This Have Repudiated the Gospel

AC V has left a new comment on your post "Sola Fide Explains UOJ Discussions":

Pr. Martin Diers:

"Objective Justification = Universal Atonement. They are the same exact thing."

The editors of the BoC took great pains to carefully define the terms used in Scripture so that we might know clearly how a person is saved. They were willing to die for these definitions. What makes us think we can improve on those definitions? Look at all the confusion the new terms "Objective/Subjective Justification" have caused. And those who hold to the Confessional and Scriptural definition of "Justification by Faith Alone" are considered suspect? Even heretical? God have mercy!

Synodical Conference leftovers, return to the correct definition of "justify" and "justification." It's in the Scriptures, of course. But if you want to call yourself a Lutheran, then you will define and teach the doctrine of justification the way the BoC defines and teaches it: "by faith alone."

Brett Meyer has left a new comment on your post "Dr. Lito Cruz Sent This Note about Samuel Huber":

Hardt's essay states, “At length no reconciliation, however, was possible. The reason cannot, strictly speaking, be said to be the fact that Huber insisted on using the unusual term “universal justification” or on maintaining the idea that all mankind had been given, in some sense, part of Christ’s universal, substitutionary righteousness.”

Hunnius condemned the distribution of Christ's righteousness outside of the Holy Spirit's graciously worked faith. This is one of the teachings that Pastor Diers strongly insisted he did not teach. It is one that the UOJists base their false gospel on.
