However, I propose that some of the most prominent (and, even nasty) "conspiracies" are continued "conspiracies of silence." That, conspiracy element, I'm sure, is not without fail and scarcity within the synodical bureaucracies of the WELS and LCMS.

This was a sermon for a church anniversary? What a buffoon! Like his former partner mark and avoid, he gets a free pass on whatever he says. Notice how the preaching style is based upon the worst of the televangelists: " can I have an amen?" This clown is the ringmaster of the circus church.
