In our informational meeting earlier this month, your building committee presented a report on our building project and the challenge facing us in trying to match the project with our available resources. Since then, the committee has had several meetings to determine what can be done to lower the project cost estimates and to get a better understanding of our financial picture so that we can move ahead. It is our hope and prayer to have a report ready for you at a special congregational/voters’ meeting on May 20th @ 6:30 pm. Those attending will be given an update on the project and our plans going forward. God-willing we will be voting on whether or not to begin the actual construction at this time. Please plan to be with us.
