Since he does not have much interest in surfing the Internet himself, In 2011 Pastor Otten invited me to share with him anything that I have been finding of interest on the Internet, and I have been doing so. I forwarded him the picture with the caption, "Lutheran Management Style, According to Gregory L. Jackson." I commented, "This management style is not limited to Lutherans."
