I get daily notices about the printer sending Walther, the American Calvin: A Synod Built on Felonies. The first review is already posted -

This is an epiphany for lovers of alternative church history. The author connects the dots and reveals many inconvenient details that he deduced from his careful reading of contemporaneous sources. The ball is now in the court of his detractors. Will they respond?
I am not holding my breath.

Reviews really matter, even when they are only a few words or sentences.

The printing worked well because there were advance gifts, so I ordered them printed in 24 hours. I figured the printer in Hoboken or Onalaska got the whole press run, full color, lavishly illustrated.

Amazon keeps the addresses, so ordering is fairly fast.

I will do the same for the Bible book, which will deal with the Greek New Testament text and the new money-grabbing obsession with promiscuous translation/paraphrase publishing.

I hope to include good material about the Scriptures and the efficacy of the Word of God.

I may include the great divide between believers handling the Scriptures and the modern rationalistic theologians - Barth-Kirschbaum, Tillich, and Rahner.

"Charlotte, mein Schnutzi-Putzi, we have displaced theology with our own pile of dogma. We have captured the PhD theologians and the future DMin Fuller grads with our philosophy. Our work is almost done. Too bad Frau Barth outlived you."
