Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

The Faith of Jesus - His Human Nature

KJV Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

All the religions of the world worship a god or gods, with certain exceptions. Divinities are found all over, and the Greek gods were very much like ordinary people. All of these manifestations are simply man's distortion of the truth.

There is one unique confession of truth about God - God became man and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth. This is denied by the Modernists, who cleverly cloak their dishonesty with "scholarly" thoughts.

This is a great wonder because when we pray to God through Jesus, we are praying in His Name. He is God sent to live among us and teach us the divine will and mercy through His Gospel ministry.

No one can grasp completely the wonder of God becoming man, appearing to be ordinary in all respects. Yet His ministry was intended to show us the mercy and forgiveness of God through faith in His Son.

I was late in life discovering "the faith of Jesus" because all the modern Bibles erase it. The four passages below show that the KJV keeps the original - the faith belonging to Jesus - His faith - not just our faith in Jesus. That matters because it emphasizes that His human nature is (not was) the same as ours, only without sin.

One pope wrote, "The Bible is like the Savior, having two natures, human and divine, and yet without sin." For Jesus to be completely human, He must also have faith in His Father's will, commands, and wisdom. That is clearly taught in the Fourth Gospel.
