The Lord Is My Rock

Sheri Schmeckpeper:
"This photo was taken up in Sycamore Canyon on a 4WD trip. I love that verse, and it popped in my head as soon as I saw the lone cactus protected by the solid stone walls. We can so often feel alone in this chaotic world, but just as Elijah learned, the Lord had many others who have not bowed to evil. We can be assured that we will all be united in His time, His place, and for His purpose; and even now we are united in His Spirit."

KJV Psalm 18I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
