HAPPY 36TH ANNIVERSARY!

 



Some food ideas -
  1. Begin with greens and vegetables instead of desserts, breads, and puddings.
  2. Dairy, cheeses of all kinds, yogurt, whipped cream - ba-a-a-a-d.
  3. Binge diets (ha-ha) and binge eating are equally harmful and useless.
  4. The all-American meal is largely fat, salt, and sugars.
  5. Weigh every day at the same time and record it. 
  6. Some meat daily is good.
