Almost all methods are utterly useless in gaining nutrition and removing the sugar-fat-salt triage. Why only three? When people are majoring in sweets, grease, and salt, nutrition is excommunicated and removed by the craving of sweets, grease, and salt.
The Left Foot of Fellowship
Those from the Big Five Cults realize that they practice the Left Foot of Fellowship. They swing the weapons without pause or shame. Belt-size gives away the rigor and the results. I worked hard and long to accumulate almost 50 pounds of excess weight (aka fat).
Craving 1 - Sweets
All sugars are great, fake ones too, because they mess with genuine appetites and nutrition - so they inflame the craving for fat. Sweets enhance flavor and satisfying the taste for a short time. Sugar itself was once listed as a spice, because they found sugar canes and sugar beets providing it.
Craving 2 - Grease, oil
The grease and oil family work together to gather enormous warehouses of fat all over the body - somewhat useful but overdone.
Craving 3 - Salt
The grocery and food industry are geared for salt, which gathers in the body for bad results, such as pushing up the blood pressure and kidneys. Give up crackers, chips, and more kinds of attention - bad results.
4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, fromhim which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;
Earthly leader - John. Grace is the result of faith in Him (Romans 5:1-2) peace is forgiveness of sin.
5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Jesus Christ - The connection - faithful witness - first born of the dead - prince - what Jesus died for all of them - kings and priests and washed in blood.
7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
