Updates on Various Matters

I feel a lot better now, with a shot to the hip, pills, and avoiding unhelpful health methods. Pollen really hit hard (lots of ragweed in the air).

I was shocked to find our longest-kept rental home was marked for eviction. Thanks to Alec Satin, I have contacts already with senior resident folks. Our long-time helpers are always ready to remain our extended family members.

I will not broadcast the final chapter of Revelation tomorrow, but I expect to broadcast Tuesday next week.

Abraham and the stars - which the LCMS-WELS-CLC fail to recognize in Justification by Faith.
Galatians 3:
Galatians 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness

Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

The Disasters at the Polls

The galaxies are mere specks compared to their larger collections, where even a tiny one can overwhelm the numbers.

This morning the writers are talking about one political comparison or the other.

But the best comparison is the Revelation of St. John. The most beautiful and terrifying visions are contained in 22 chapters.

The slender Revelation is strangely overwhelming, gathering so much in the Old and New Testaments.

"How can we keep up with it?"

My answer is, "We are already in Revelation."
