When Jimmy Carter ran for re-election, they had to hire people to phone voters for him. Just before the vote, there was a wide swing toward Reagan, among independents.

Trump appeared to be leaving Iraq. The terrorist landed in Bagdad in triumph, ready to assert his power - but soon was echoing the classic Tammy Wynette song.

Q has not posted in over a week, and many are worried. There is a new plan afoot, to force Trump to vacate the Office of President by a simple majority in the Senate.

Meanwhile, a new research book is out - about six of the Democrat presidential contenders, very corrupt. Hollywood has finally been exposed a wee bit, and famous names are piling on about the only way to be a mogul there.

Q readers knew about these developments earlier, not in all the details. However, future proves past. Some inscrutable messages make perfect sense now.

 After Tim Glende, Ski, and two staffers sued a WELS layman in court for telling the truth about Ski, the WELS teachers said, "That is our guy for teaching us the Word of God!"

    "Thanks again for reminding the readers of this history of all of this. Tim Glende reminds me of the guy who keeps falling into a vat of putrid liquid and comes out smelling like a rose. He also reminds me of someone who I have known personally for over forty years. This individual personified the adage – “if you cannot dazzle them with brilliance, then baffle them with (expletive deleted) nonsense”.  Not only can they utter the most outrageous statements, but they can also engage in scandalous behavior with impunity. What is even more baffling is that they still have those who defend them.

    Crosstrain Ministries? Life Coaches for WELS Pastors? I missed the memo on that one. How silly of me. I thought that pastor meant shepherd and minister meant servant. It must be that Life Coaching and Leadership Training will reverse all those membership losses within WELS, Inc.

 Tim Glende sold this thriving congregation cheap to the Eastern Orthodox so he could have a bigger church with a coffee bar. He left that second church to the Babtists and hoped his disaster would close to erase his failure from synod memories. Do not worry - everyone has conveniently forgotten - or - turned on anyone who did not forget.

Ich - Tim, you were known for being a bully in the tiny WELS high school and WELS college you attended. Will you share your insights with those you coach?

Ich - The mission board told you that your scheme in Illinois would never work. In fact, you managed to get rid of two WELS church buildings in your first call. Did Uncle John Brug help you bully the mission board and members?

Ich - In Appleton, you soon became the senior pastor at a large church and hired your high school buddy Ski to front an urban  second campus that went through money faster than a federal poverty program. Did you have help with this from DP Patterson? He is or was a life-coach with a genius for funding himself from the synod treasury.

Ich - You said starting a coffee house ministry with Ski helping. Instead, it was a bar ministry with the church picking up the tab. Is that a chapter in the pastoral theology book at Mequon - The Shepherd Finds a Free Liquor Source?

Ich - A lawyer correctly identified your plagiarism of Craig Groeschel (without citing the author). You excommunicated him for telling the truth. Is that taught in Pastoral Theology at Mequon?

Ich - When you and Ski got yourselves in trouble for the way you treated female staff, why did you sue one husband for telling the truth, which you had to admit on the stand? And why did you blame "a blog from Arkansas" on the stand? Could you hear the laughter from us down in podunk-land (your term)?

Ich - Did you conspire with SP Mark Schroeder and DP Kudu Don Patterson to sneak Ski out of town and the district for a new call, even though it violated the district's own guidelines?

 Did you enroll, Tim? I would have hired the Fox Valley Circuit as a control group.
