| Everyone loves HAL 9000, a parody of the IBM 9000 mainframe computer. I asked for phone help since I buy at Best Buy, so they went over some things and then referred me to a live visit. I purchased their tech contract, so this was billed at $100 but covered by the contrast - $0. Here is the answer. The HDMI camera that I got is really made for a lot of features that the big churches or other institutions use. He also said that the HDMI camera was wounded and only partially functional. You may recall that another camera, never used, was known for failing when it was being assembled. I sent that one and several others back for full refunds. He had some great suggestions about sound and said we should use the Logitech camera we have, which is better in quality than the HDMI camera, which can probably be sent back. We have the Broadway USB mike, which he recommended. He said at the end that he did this kind of broadcasting work at his church in town. |
