Oshkosh Police said in a news release that 56-year-old Jean Walsh-Josephson is suspected of stealing over $1 million from two elderly clients. Prosecutors filed the charges on Tuesday.
A court commissioner set Walsh-Josephson's bail at $10,000 during an initial court appearance and set a preliminary hearing for Dec. 10.
Walsh-Josephson is already facing 10 charges ranging from forgery to theft for allegedly stealing from clients in two other cases.
Her attorney, listed in online court records as Nathan Wojan, didn't immediately respond to an email seeking comment.
The state Department of Financial Institutions suspended Walsh-Josephson's financial advising registration in August, a day after she was charged with the first three counts.
