I guess that it's not so much the fact that a pastor is 5th generation, but that a pastor has to call upon that fact at all as some sort of proof of anything, whatsoever that matters.
The fact that a pastor feels a need to call upon something that has nothing to do with anything speaks volumes about that pastor.
What did Jesus say to those who bragged about their ancestry?
