Too bad more Democrats do not live in those Detroit houses to enjoy the benefits of their ideology.
Crime was a major component of clearing Detroit out of people with the means to leave. Just today it made national news that a man in Warren, a city on the north side of the Detroit beltway was robbed and stabbed and had a knife sticking 5-inches out of his chest. No one would help him so he had to walk a half mile, called 911 from a pay phone, and then sat down in a restaurant until the ambulance came.
