"No one should step into the office and preach from his own presumption and without a commission from those having the authority." - M. Luther "Of the Office of Preaching and of Preachers and Hearers."
And yet we have this:
“CEO” - Christ Empowered Opportunities is a passion and product of hearing the Gospel message of Jesus Christ and partaking of our Triune God's sacraments. We are the "average Joe's", a lay-led member ministry that continues to be devoted and committed in leading whomever God's Holy Spirit draws to our efforts to their Christ Empowered Opportunity in all parts of the world. We believe that everyone is a missionary - in the home, on the job, in the marketplace, in the classroom, and in their (sic) community."
Yes, they are WELS.
GJ - When WELS people told me about Church and Change, I quickly discovered that the board was dominated by Mark Jeske's employees. Once I publicized who was on the board and their thralldom to the Jeske synodical power-grab, the bios and photos began disappearing - faster than a July frost.

Supporters: The laity who put money into the WELS offering plate.
Also, I find it ironic that Jeske is doing the session on making money. The other day I was flipping thru the channels on my Direct TV and there on the list was Time of Grace - hosted by this quasi-Lutheran pastor various Lutheran synods. I scrolled past it just in time to see Jeske's mug begging for support in the form of $20 donations from the viewers. Give me a break! Is THAT his idea of making money God's way? What a joke this guy is!
