An early version of church and change talk. There are suttle instances that occured prior to 1971. The adult laity, at that time, was NOT to buy into such foolishness. Those adults were a bunch of squares, but a square is good thing when it comes to church matters. I know guys who were born after 1971 that are President of the Church Council of many congregations. My pastor was born in 1982(What!..1982!) and he is a square, yet warm hearted.
Take a look at Daniel Baker...spending his weekends playing the church organ. Oh, these kids today!
