Amazing how since Lutheran synods have all moved away from the KJV, there are more translations than Campbell's has letters in a soup can.We now have pastors, professors, bishops etc. that after supposed intensive Greek and Hebrew language training cannot figure out what the Bible is teaching them. They refer to manuscripts that have only been acknowledged 100 or so years - unlike the ones Luther and the KJV folks used. All the time saying the English language is changing so much we must change the wording every 20 to 30 years.
God's word never changes but these guys really are changing it to suit their agenda.
One must ask what is their agenda?
When I was growing up we were required to memorize all in KJV. I never heard anybody at the time saying "I don't understand it." Are some words obsolete? Yes, however if on ALL these new translations it can be explained, why not the KJV?
