McCain Gets Bailing Water to Retract the Truth

"Do not arouse the wrath of the great and powerful Oz."

I realize it is essential for the continuing existence of the WELS to continue to put distance between itself and The LCMS, but slander is now (sic) way to do that.

McCain, who helped pull the rug out from under Robert Preus, got Bailing Water to withdraw the truth about LCMS seminaries.

So far, there is no retraction of McCain's snide comments about WELS. That is how apostates work. First, they demand absolute proof of any statement made. If the proof is in writing, they immediately change the subject. If anything less than a videotape (certified by the Attorney General) is not available, they demand a retraction. But they are too haughty to withdraw their own insulting comments. McCain is justly famous for those.

Lutherans would be grateful if he spent less time charming the ELCA pastors at the ALPB website and more time warming up to conservatives.

But, as Orson Welles learned, that is the problem with peaking too early in one's career.

Besides, if an editor wants to post snarky comments on Bailing Water, he should do a little proof-reading first. No?
