First the LCMS sells KFUO-FM, axes Issues Etc from its AM band, and hires on Jeske's Time of Grace. Then the LCMS can't pay its million dollar radio bill for Faith Satellite Radio. Perhaps that's because all the LCMS members' money is now going to Jeske?!
Maybe President Molstad's secret newsletter has an answer to whether the LCMS is hierarchical or not. Not even the LCMS knows that.
Here the African Immigrant Missions society is on the LCMS website, yet the LCMS claims it can't be sued for its debts:

I always enjoyed reading the newsletter, even though I'm no longer a member of an ELS congregation.
