Thanks for your comment, and links. Yes, this is a huge problem - and, epidemic in scope.

Have you heard of the whole "'Friend' of the Court" and "Paternity Fraud" problem in our country? Big government does not reinforce the traditional family; but by its actions contributes to its demise:
