Speaking of hymns, I was doing some research on CW 378 "All Mankind Fell in Adam's Fall" recently. Verse 5 could be understood as UOJ - which I found interesting coming from a 16th century hymn writer. Turns out I can't figure out where verse 5 came from. It's different than what TLH had. In fact, Loy's translation that made it into TLH was a fairly free translation. The orignal 9 verses written by Spengler focus much more on faith and the Word. That emphasis is entirely lacking in the CW version. Spengler's original hymn is very nice. (That's probably why it made it into the FoC.)

Do you mean to tell me that Luther didn't write the version in CW himself? I'm shocked.
