The above Icha-blog post was from March 2012, and in May 2012 Christian Life Resources posted their 2010 Form 990, according to Charity Navigator. Their overall score went down from 2009 by two points, but it still is within the 1-star rating. BTW, Non-Profit Organizations can file their 990 Forms up to three years late without having their non-taxable status being revoked by the IRS:
